Twyford Station is the railway station serving the Berkshire village of Twyford.

Trains from London leave from Paddington Station, and arrive by way of Southall, Slough and Maidenhead.

They continue to Reading, Swindon and Bristol.

A branch line runs to Henley-on-Thames via Wargrave and Shiplake. This branch is marketed as the Regatta Line.
