Twyford
Twyford is a village in Berkshire, 5 miles from Reading.
It stands on the River Loddon, which has two streams here, and is not far from its confluence with the River Thames. There are several lakes, created by gravel digging.
The name refers to the two fords over the Loddon and the Thames.
The houses are mainly of Victorian brick.
