Matlock Bath Station (Matlock Bath)

Matlock Bath Station serves the Peak District inland resort of Matlock Bath in Derbyshire.

The station is close to the town centre, which can be reached over a footbridge.

It was built in 1885.

Matlock Bath can be reached on a branch line from Derby, which runs along the valley of the River Derwent by way of Belper and Cromford, and continues to Matlock.

The line formerly continued to Bakewell and Buxton.

There is an interesting visitor centre in the station buildings.
