Bridge Cottage (Flatford)
Bridge Cottage is an attractive feature of Flatford in Suffolk.
It is situated just upstream from Flatford Mill.
The cottage has been sympathetically restored and dates from the 16th century.
It contains an exhibition about John Constable, born just up the road at East Bergholt. A number of his paintings depict the cottage.
There is a tea room, garden,shop and information centre, as well as failities for boat hire.
