Excursions at Alexandra Palace
Alexandra Palace in London was again the venue recently for the first of the major trade shows of the year for group travel organisers. Once again I attended the show.
I go to several shows of this general nature every year. Not only is it a good way of getting to know about new developments, it is also nice to be able to chat to people from various destinations and attractions.
Some of the places that I was able to chat to representatives from were Blackpool, Colchester, Portsmouth, Shaftesbury and Southend.
Not only that, but as usual I ran into a number of old friends, this time including Steven Hallam, Andrew Norman, Stuart Parker, Mike Pressling, Steve Reed and Jan Williams.
It`s a fair way from Leicester, but I believe it to be worthwhile.
