Whitby Museum (Whitby)
Whitby Museum is an excellent museum at the old seaport and seaside town of Whitby in Yorkshire.
It is situated close to the town centre, in Pannett Park.
Among the exhibits are part of Captain Cook`s original journal, models of the local lifeboat and even the hand of a murderer, put to use as a candleholder.
