St. Mary`s Church (Thorpe Arnold)

St. Mary`s Church is the parish church of the Leicestershire village of Thorpe Arnold.

The church was built of ironstone, and dates back to the 13th century.

Much, however, was rebuilt by R. W. Johnson in the 1870s.

The circular font is Norman.

There is the base of a mediaeval cross in the churchyard.
