St. Martin`s Church (Stapleton)
St. Martin`s Church is the parish church of the little Leicestershire village of Stapleton.
It stands beside the main road.
St. Martin`s is a small mediaeval church whose oldest parts date back to about 1300. These are windows.
There is a small West tower, with a short spire, rebuilt by W. T. Grewcock of Leicester in 1905.
The gallery and box pews date from 1808.
