Tudor House (Southampton)

The Tudor House is one of the historic houses in Southampton.

It is situated in Bugle Street.

The Tudor House is a fine building, dating from the 15th century, and belonged to Sir John Dawtrey, Controller of Customs. His widow Isabel later married the Lord Chief Justice and was painted by Holbein.

Behind a lofty hall is a small rear garden.
