Boathouse No 6 (Portsmouth)
Boathouse No 6 is a historic building in Portsmouth.
It is situated in Portsmouth Naval Base.
Constructed in 1845, it is a large Victorian naval boathouse, and was designed by CaptainJames Beatson of the Royal Engineers. It is one of the earliest examples of a brick building constructed around a metal frame.
