Elizabethan House (Plymouth)

The Elizabethan House is a historic building in the maritime city of Plymouth.

It is situated in New Street, in the waterfront area, and is now open to the public.

It is a 16th century house, and one of several built at the time for merchants and sea captains.

The Elizabethan House is furnished as a captain`s house, complete with a sea chest. The spiral staircase winds around a ship`s mast.
