Waterloo Park (Norwich)

Waterloo Park is a large urban park in Norwich.

The main entrance is in Angel Road.

The park was created in the 1920s, to the plans of Captain A. E. Sandys Winsch, and was built by unemployed men who had returned from the First World War.

There are herbaceous borders, raised pergola walkways, a bandstand and a water feature.

In the Summer months there are events in the open air theatre.
