Hereford Station (Hereford)
Hereford Station serves the ancient cathedral city of Hereford on the River Wye.
It is a few minutes walk from the old City Centre.
Trains run to Hereford from Birmingham via Worcester, Malvern and Ledbury.
Another line comes down from Shrewsbury by way of Craven Arms, Ludlow and Leominster, and continues to Abergavenny and Newport (Gwent).
Hereford was formerly an even more important junction. A branch line ran to Eardisley and Hay-on-Wye, while another made its way to Ross-on-Wye.
