Harrogate Station serves the elegant spa town of Harrogate in Yorkshire.
It is centrally placed, opposite an indoor shopping centre.
The station is one of those rare ones where decent interchange is possible with buses, as the Bus Station is situated beside the railway station.
From the Bus Station, an excellent bus service runs from Leeds via Harrogate to Ripon.
Harrogate Station is on a line which runs Eastward to Knaresborough and York, and Southward to Leeds.
A branch line, closed in the 1960s, ran to Wetherby and Tadcaster, and another went to Ripon and Northallerton.
