National Fishing Heritage Centre (Grimsby)

The National Fishing Heritage Centre is an attraction at GrimsbyGrimsby, telling the story of sea fishing, both locally and nationally.

It is situated in Alexandra Dock.

The centre is based on two trawlers. The first has been specially created inside the centre, and uses modern interactive techniques to give an idea of the conditions under which the fishermen work.

The other trawler is the "Ross Tiger", a real ship built in the 1950s, which is now permanently moored at the quay.
