Grantham Station (Grantham)
Grantham Station is the railway station that serves the Lincolnshire market town of Grantham.
It is an important station and junction on what is known as the East Coast Line.
Trains from London leave from Kings Cross Station, and arrive by way of Stevenage, Huntingdon and Peterborough.
They continue to Newark, York, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Edinburgh.
A line runs from here to Bottesford, Bingham and Nottingham.
Another goes to Sleaford, Boston and Skegness.
A station known as Grantham Old Wharf was closed in 1852.
