Lee Valley Regional Park (Enfield)

The Lee Valley Regional Park is a green space on the borders of Essex and Hertfordshire.

Its headquarters are at Myddelton House at Enfield.

The park is 26 miles long, and stretches back along the River Lea from the East India Dock Basin on the River Thames in London.There is a wide range of facilities for anglers, walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers and the park also embraces farms.
