Dale End Park (Coalbrookdale)

Dale End Park is an urban / rural park at Coalbrookdale in Shropshire.

The main entrance is in Buildwas Road.

Situated in the valley of the River Severn, it has been used for informal recreation since 1870. The Telford Development Corporation formally established the land as a park in the late 1970s.

Eastfield House was the home of Captain Matthew Webb, first person to swim the English Channel in 1875.
