Oaklands Park (Chelmsford)

Oaklands Park is a historic urban park at Chelmsford.

The main entrance is in Moulsham Street.

Set in 12 acres in the City Centre, Oaklands Park has been a public park since 1930, when the council purchased the Victorian villa and gardens.

Within the park are the Chelmsford Museum and the Essex Regiment Museum.

There are also formal bedding displays, heraceous borders, play areas and sports facilities.
