Drawdykes Castle (Carlisle)

Drawdykes Castle is a historic building at Carlisle.

It is situated in Brampton Old Road.

The building is actually a 14th century pele tower, and was converted into a house by William Thackery and John Aglionby.

The original tower has a facade in the Classical Revival style.

Drawdykes Castle is Grade II* listed.
