The Sedgwick Museum of Earth Sciences is a fascinating museum in Cambridge.
It is a museum of geology, and in particular of fossils.
These have been gathered from the collections of a variety of scientists, dating back to 1688.
The Sedgwick from whom the museum takes its name was Adam Sedgwick, who in the 1830s was a charismatic lecturer.
