Labourer`s Cottage (Bucklers Hard)
The Labourer`s Cottage is one of the cottages that can be visited at Bucklers Hard in Hampshire.
It is displayed as acquired, with an 18th century setting, and is a house of utter poverty, with a width of only one bay.
There are just two rooms, one up one down and a tiny kitchen. The single bedroom upstairs has a fireplace, but no beds. Instead there re two mattresses, one for adults and one for children.
