Belvoir Castle Riding Ring (Belvoir)

The Belvoir Castle Riding Ring is a historic building at Belvoir.

It is in the grounds of Belvoir Castle.

Built about 1819, this is a circular exercise ring for horses.

It is constructed of colour washed brick, with a timber superstructure and slate roof over curved rafters, with two doorways acces from the stable yard. It forms part of the intact stable block.

The ring is believed to be the earliest structure of its kind in England, and is Grade II* listed.
