National Motor Museum (Beaulieu)

The National Motor Museum is one of the attractions at Beaulieu.

It contains motor cars from the very earliest days, the oldest being the first petrol driven car built in 1895 by Henry Knight of Farnham.

There are vehicles built by the legendary names, including Daimler, Benz and Ford.

The museum was opened to the public as the Montagu Motor Museum in 1959, and as the National Museum in 1972.

Visitors can move swiftly around the grounds on a double decker bus, or on a monorail.
