Stanwick
Stanwick is a village in Northamptonshire, 2 miles from Higham Ferrers and on the River Nene.
St. Laurence`s Church dates from the 13th century and has an octagonal tower.
There is a major archaeological site nearby. Remains have been found of a Roman villa, an Anglo-Saxon church and a mediaeval manor house.
