Leigh-on-Sea (Essex)
Leigh-on-Sea is an interesting town and seaside resort in Essex, which is now part of the Borough of Southend.
The town is in three parts.
There is considerable development, including shops, along the London Road.
A little to the South of this is the present day centre.
And on the coast is Old Leigh, a picturesque former fishing and shipbuilding village.
