Greenstead Green
Greenstead Green is a hamlet in Essex, about two miles from Halstead.
It is situated on the quiet road that leads to Stisted and Bradwell-juxta-Coggeshall.
St. James` Church is one of a number built locally by Gilbert Scott. It has an octagonal West tower with pinnacles and a spire. The church was the gift of Mrs Gee of Earls Colne.
