Travel Fair at Winchester Cathedral
I went to another trade show recently, at the historic city of Winchester.
Entitled Group Travel Fair, it was organised by the South East England Tourist Board and was held at Winchester Cathedral.
Although the show was much smaller than others held in venues such as the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) at Birmingham, or Earls Court or ExCel in London, it was a pleasure to be able to talk to exhibitors from across the South East.
And I believe that it drew a good number of group organisers from Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey who perhaps would not have travelled the greater distances to the bigger shows.
