Robin and Almost Famous in Fame
Anne and I went to Salford University recently to see our son Robin in a musical with the Almost Famous theatre company.
Staged at the Robert Powell Theatre in the university, the production this time was of the musical "Fame". Robin played one of the leading characters.
We were again very proud of Robin, and once again had to admire the talents of the whole Almost Famous company. We saw two performances, on the Friday night and the Saturday afternoon.
We have seen other productions in the past. Anne saw "West Side Story" (which I had to miss because of prior commitments), and we both saw "The Importance of Being Earnest" and "Boogie Nights".
