Recce for Walking Weekend
I spent a couple of days recently in Lincolnshire, as guest of the Olde Barn Hotel at Marston, where I spent a night.
The purpose was to check out the possibilities for a projected Walking Weekend to be based at the hotel.
So I did a good amount of walking in the area, including along the famous long distance footpath known as the Viking Way.
The visit gave me a lot of ideas, and I hope to be able to convert this into the weekend as suggested.
