Greenbelt in its New Home

My wife Anne and I went to the annual Greenbelt festival again recently, as we have done now for a good few years.

This year, having been held at Cheltenham Racecourse for several years, it moved to the grounds of Boughton House in Northamptonshire.

The volunteer staff were very helpful, and the grounds and house were beautiful. It was a pity that the phone signal was very poor, and that the heavy rain on the last day turned the site into a quagmire.

I enjoyed it of course, as I always do.

Among the music acts which I watched were Folk On; Sinead O`Connor; and Grace Petrie, while the subjects for talks included George Herbert; and Woodbine Willie.
